I am thinking about getting a new scope housing. Some time (years) ago I read an article on light shine reflection bending the sight picture. If it is true I am wondering if a flat black or dull colored scope housing is the way to go to avoid this. Anyone got a thought on this?

I struggle to get sight marks for 90m - even with a reasonably fast bow drawing 28" at 60#, so am interested in a small size scope. Does anyone know the outside diameter of the Britesite "FITA Scope"? Their website say it's a 1" lens and a "1/16 inch outside diameter" - not sure what that...
