    It gets marinated in beer and lime for 24 hours. Then grilled until medium rare. One with some Mesquite, red pepper flakes and salt. The other one more on the medium side with just salt. I'm just a tease, I couldn't help it. :booty::jksign:

    That's right i'm on a venison role. My favorite way is pepporoni sticks and Burgers, I still have not found a good recipe for steaks on them. P.S If you have a good backstrap or steak recipe please share it:wink:
