People probably just realized that those arrows make negligible differences in most real world scenarios and they’re just something to spend money on. Really referring to the Firenock arrow more so than the others listed, but they truly just seem like a waste of cash when it boils down to it. I’ll shoot the Firenock arrow just as well as say a $7 Gold Tip shaft.. I just can’t tell the difference myself.

I bought six of the Exodus MMT arrows (collaboration product with Dorge) last year when they came out and I didn’t see any difference in them at all compared to my standard VF TKO arrow. They’re currently sitting in my basement collecting dust. High price tag for no real beneficial return over the more “standard” brands. But to each their own!

 

I have agree it’s waste of money ,perhaps if your shooting deer over 40 yards but why use a rifle than .

I’m a diy er. I don’t pay for things that I can do myself as well as a “pro” can.

 

I can assure you Joe that the arrow builders on CBN are experts and know their stuff. Jerry I think still makes the Scorpyd supplied arrows for them. I never heard that he learned from Dorge and find that hard to believe. He stll posts on here as Jrat.

I learned just by doing it back in the 1970s. There were no archery shops where I lived.

 

Dad made cedar arrows for Traditional Bows I remember the smell of burnt feathers ,My nockturnal Twin Jose loved smelling the glue to point Dad had hid the glue .Dad also have small device that turned arrows and he painted red rings about half way down on shift .

I think a lot of these custom arrow using guys shoot way to far at deer past 50 yards that their justification on extra money on custom arrows

Most accurate arrows I used were Camx Accuspines they made a nice crossbow ,I believe they were first company spine index and custom weigh matched arrow sets

ive been satisfied with the whitetails from carbon express. got 2 packs of 6 for 29$ each.

 

I used those arrows with Muzzy broad heads shot a few feral hogs

Incorrect...both make exceptional crossbow arrows...not sure where you are getting your information from....
