I am ordering new strings and cables and called the HCA dealer near my house and they had no clue on what length cables I needed. Does anyone know what length cables i need?

cool now i can order the strings and cables but im kinda confused with this speed pro. It says "DO NOT USE IN BOW PRESS" How am i supposed to change the strings without using a bow press. I will be having a pro shop switch the strings but i dont want them to put it in a bow press if it is not supposed to be.
