09' Ross Carnivore & Limb driver setup

Growing tired of clearance issues with my QAD Ultra hunter and am going to switch to a Limb Driver after bow season is up. Anybody have this combo? How did the cord attach to the top limb since Ross' already have the "limb button" or whatever its called, on it. Seen another member had the cord tied to the upper axle, is this the only way to attach it?

I tied my cord to the limb on my Primal. Used a d-loop knot, be working fine. VaporTrail has some pads to help if you want to use them. Tying to the axle is fine if you have the room.
