I used them for 3-D (what little 3-D I shot:embara:) and I ended up getting away from them. They are a bit heavier and the extra rotation does slow the arrow down a bit, especially at longer distances. The other problem is if the vane gets damaged at all it will cause erratic flight. I like the QS's for indoor 5 and 3 spot shooting, but outside I stick with regular vanes.
