Newer to Traditional Archery. One of my arrow setups requires a 125gr broadhead. I have all 150's. Looking for recommendations. I have VPA 3 blades and Cutthroat single bevels in 150gr

I needed a 125grn head I went with the Magnus Stinger. I have been using Stingers on my compound bow for years and my heavier recurve arrows use 150grn Stingers.
I was thinking of them. You're right... "Growing Old Ain't for Sissies"

A few things has impressed me from the starts with Singers, one is no matter what weight they all fly great both out of my compound and recurve. I have them in 100, 125, and 150 grain, in both straight blades and Buzzcuts. Secondly, after shooting them through targets they stay sharp, something many other blades don’t do, I think that is very important for after the blade goes through ribs that they stay sharp. Third, they are very easy to keep a scary sharp edge one with ceramic sticks. They mostly come pretty shard out of the package but I always touch them up.

If I were in your shoes

If I were in your shoes I would most likely go with the S7 Cutthroat 2 blade single bevel. If price is a concern then, Magnus 2 blade would be a distant 2nd consideration.

Magnus Stinger two blades and German Jager two blades are both really good heads. The Stingers have a lifetime warranty. If you tear it up they will replace the head. The German Jagers are almost the same profile as the Stinger but are cheaper in price. For a three blade head, Montec M3/s, Muzzy Ones and VPA all are reusable, good heads. The Muzzy Ones are built like a tank, but they are dull as a roll of nickels. They sharpen up nicely however. These are some of the heads I use.

I have a bunch of the original Snuffers. They are 100 grsuns but with inserts they run about 128 grains. I used them to take a deer in 2021. Easy to sharpen with a good flat stone or 600 grit paper

If I stick with 3 blades, I will probably use VPA or Woodsman
