Doe's anybody have any experience using blazer vanes and magnus stinger broadheads? I'm going to be using them on axis 400 arrows and just wondering if they will handle the stinger head. Just trying to figure out what to expect.. Thanks in advance for info..

I switched to Blazers this year. I haven't found a broadhead yet that they won't steer. I have tried Muzzy 100 grain 4 blades, 100 grain Phantoms, and 125 grain Thunderheads. They are great in my opinion.

Stingers and blazers...

...thats the same combo i'm shooting out of my Ross337 right now. I'm using GT Hunter xt 7595 shafts. My field points and B-heads are hiiting the same spot out to 50yds. Getting the same results out of my Martin Prowler using CX terminator 6075 shafts. Good tuning = Good luck.

I never hunted with them, but 100 grain Stingers fly great with 2" Blazers

Great combo,

Have been using them for the last three seasons, accuracy out to 40 yds is outstanding. Penetration is great as well, using them on Carbon Supremes 350's, Carbon Express 6075's, and Easton Epics 340's. Fired from Mathews Q2 at 65# with 29" draw length, Martin Phantom at 70# with 28 1/2" draw length, and Browning Rage at 60# with 27" draw length.

Shot from treestand and ground positions in cold weather with minimal wind 5-15 mph. All shots resulted in complete pass throughs on deer ranging from 140-205 lbs. Good hunting.

I myself have preferred G5 Tekan broadheads (and with blazers they're amazing), but have recently been looking for a good, quality fixed blade BH for when I hunt in KY (b/c someone from KY game dept. said no tekans). I put some 4 blade 100 grain stingers on yesterday with my blazers and WOW same flight as my tekans and fieldpoints. Tekans are still my first pick, but stingers come in a close second followed by shuttle t's. Blazers are amazing and with stingers a deadly combo.

I have shot the Magnus Stinger with the 2" Blazer's and I would have to say that they fly great. I have my blazer's on GT 7595's with 100gr Stingers.
