Helping a friend and he was having bad arrow flight. rotated knocks and raised knock point. good tears now but sight won't adjust high enough. Should i lower rest? Raise peep?

This problem is always related to poor anchor point and wrong peep location, get his anchor down by the jaw bone and away from the ear. This will lower the peep also, then sight in the bow.

agreed. the rest usually doesn't have to go up or down, especially after you've tuned and set the nocking point.

one correction, while lowering the anchor to around the lower jaw the peep will be raised in response.
