Hey guys got a question for you all. I have a 2008 Allegience and was contemplating shortening my draw length by a 1/2". According to the chart that I am looking at I would need to get new mods, in this case EFA 4. I know that you can change the mods without pressing the bow, very convenient, but is there anything else that would have to be adjusted? Like the draw stop.

I guess what my question is, are mods available to try this and am I in over my head, LOL. Bow is shooting great, just wanted to see how it felt a little shorter.

Thanks
Tony

According to the charts, an EFA 4, would be the mod for a 27.5 draw.

That should put the draw stop about at 5.3.

If you would like, I can send you a copy of the mod/draw stop PDF file for 2008 Bowtechs. Just pm me your email address.

Thanks Bowhunter, I will send you a PM with my e-mail. 27.5" is the draw length that I'm looking at, what does the 5.3 signify. 5.3" or just short of halfway between 5 and 6 lines on the stop.
