In preparation for the 2019 Hunting Bow Shootout, I decided to run all seven of my test bows through the chronograph to see which bows were fastest and which were closest to their advertised speeds.

All bows were shot at 70 pounds of draw weight and draw lengths ranged from 29 5/8" to 30 1/8". I shot each bow three times a 350-grain Gold Tip Platinum Pierce arrow and a 475-grain Gold Tip AirStrike arrow.

Tested Bows
Obsession Lawless
Obsession FXL
Bowtech Realm SR6
Mathews Vertix
PSE Evoke 31
Hoyt Helix Ultra
Prime Logic CT3

Equipment Used

Thanks Lucas. I watched the video. However when talking about the DL, you posted actual. I wonder where the bows set at 29" or 29.5" and came up long? Thanks.
