My set-up: Switchback XT, 60 lbs., 27.5 dl, 100 grain broadhead. Would like to shoot a 27.5 inch arrow. Would you recommend a 400 or 340? I have always shoot 400 before and have struggled at times with broadhead flight.

x2. I shoot the XT, 63 DW, 28.5 DL, 29 inch arrow, 100grn tip, wraps and blazers and it flies great.

According to OT2, 60 DW, 27.5 DL and a 27.5 inch arrow, your optimal spine would be .43 (with an FMJ plugged in for the arrow)

Based on my software a 410 static spine is ideal with a 100gr tip. 400 would be fine. What vanes our you using. Leads me to think maybe the arrow is stabalizing correctly. Just a though....

Also can we get some info on what arrows you are using?
