I have a 29" draw and this is what I shoot:

Redhead Carbon Maxx 3000 shaft (6075) at 27 1/2"
100 grain FT or BH
2 inch Blazers

Total arrow weight is consistently 350 - 352 grain.

Maybe this is getting old but www.huntersfriend.com will edjumacate ya on what shaft can keep the weight down and be spined right too. They even have a tool that lets you build a hypothetical arrow and then read the weight. You may need to go with feathers to maximize the weight forward ratio.

what shafts, point, vane combo are you using to achieve 350 grain finished arrows?
27.5 inch GT 5575 XTs (black), three 2 inch Blazers, 75 grain screw ins. FOC is about 10%. They weigh within a couple of grains of 350. 28 inch draw shooting 65lbs. They fly good!

With that bow and 29.5" long arrows it would be really hard to get to your 5grns/lb mark your looking for. Carbon tech cheetahs are one of the lightest shafts i know of and are like 5.4 or 5.6 grns/in. Your radical cams and long arrows are gonna need a heavy spine and will probably keep you from using the light weight shafts. I'm sure you could get to the 350 weight but probably will have arrow flight issues with broadheads. Anyway, the cheetah shafts will probably get you the closest weight with the proper spine.
