The $20 leveling fixture is not something that you mount to your bow. It mounts to a workbench. The square block on the left is where you would mount your sureloc, etc. mounting block and place your extension in it. Then by loosening the knurl knob on the fixture you can raise and lower the sight to set the 3rd axis which usually requires a 3rd axis sight block for these same sights. Hope this helps! Does not sound like it would do much good for your setup that does not have a 3rd axis block.

Since you don't have a 3rd axis.Do as they did before the 3rd Axis's came out.
It can be a lot of work but it will work.I have done it several times. Shim your sight side bar out.:)
