You bet!

The smallest chip is the actual memory card. The other pieces are adapters that allow you to use the card
in other devices.

For example your camera takes an sd card but your phone takes a micro sd. The adapters allow you to use the same card in
multiple devices

Yes it is.... Kinda funny that it says that but I guess it makes sense... It's the size of a mini but an adaptor for a micro!!!
