Hi there! i was scoring arrows today at home... and i can shoot a 351 at 30m out of 36 arrows... does anyone have any idea what this would translate to at 50m, 70m and 90m(obviously theres gonna be some drop off!)? im tryin to estimate what kinda score i should get at a full FITA! i only have a 30m range at home so i dont have a whole lot to go on for competition at weekend... anyone know approximately?

That's really hard to say. Depends on how well the bow is set up and how the arrows shoot at the longer distances. You might want to go to the NAA's website and search some results there. Try to find someone that shot about the same 30M score as you do and then see what their 50, 70, and 90m scores are.

If I had to guess I'd say you'd probably be close to 8 to 10 more down at 50, maybe in the high 320's low 330's at 70 and somewhere around the 300-315 range at 90. Maybe.

30 meters is the easy part of the Fita. 350 is nothing special.

50 meters is more difficult, without practise I would guess you can reach a score around the 325-330.

At 70 meters the target is bigger, so it looks easier.
I would guess about 330-335

The 90 meters is verry nasty. Without practise I would guess a 300-310.

So you could start in de lower 1300 when everyting falls in place.
Or 1250+ when not.

Oopps... That was not in the posting, I assumed you were shooting compound.

When shooting 351 at 30 meters you are doing it verry nice.
But the harder parts are 50, 70 and 90 meters.
You really need to practise them.

I guess you can try to shoot the 1100 star at the first Fita.
Then work yourself towards the 1200.
