Either one would be a good 3d bow. I have not shot the Apex7 but have shot both the Apex and the prestige for 3d.I have to say the prestige surprised me it does not shoot like a short bow.The prestige holds nice,has nice speed and is forgiving.

I guess it depends on your draw length and if you shoot ASA or IBO.

My A7 will easily reach 300fps with fat arrows at my draw length but the Prestige is around 12 fps faster.

I do like longer bows and don't low brace height bows so my choice is the Apex7 although I have nearly purchased a Prestige twice as it is also a great bow.
