I thought this might be useful.

Note how on the overlayed image the front edges of the plates are lined up, so that you can see how much of the length difference is in the plates, and how much is in the faces. These are dimensions that they should have included but unfortunately didn't.

I haven't gone through the hassle of checking definitively, but I think it's safe to assume that the four diagrams are all to scale with one another.

Of note:
  • There are indeed 4 different plate sizes, each unique.
  • The faces are longer, not just wider (another member recently commented that the large and medium faces only differed in width and not length, this is not the case.)
  • Interesting how the Large and X-Large angle out at the outer edge of the 3rd finger. Not sure why this is. This has a big impact on overall face width, while there is considerably less difference in plate width.
Enjoy.

The slot for the arrow nock definitely needs to be trimmed so that the leather clears the nock. Not sure why the slot starts off so narrow, even with my very thin arrows on my size Large I needed to remove quite a bit. And don't simply follow the dashed, angled lines they show here for trimming the slot. I don't think they make sense. If you do, it's still not enough material removed closest to the plate, and might be too much material removed out at the ends.

Also, I ended up removing no material from the 1st finger, only from the 2nd finger.

Long story short, don't simply follow the diagram for trimming the nock slot. They shouldn't even include those lines in the diagram. The real answer is totally custom, depending on your size, your fingers, how you curl, etc.
