When I install it onto my Palm device and try to run it, I get "Fatal Exception" error message.

Can anyone help??

I don't have AA, but can suggest something to look at. Be sure the version of the operating system (OS) on your Palm is compatible with AA - not all Palms use the PalmOS.

This is a hand-me-down PDA. It does use Palm OS 3.1H3 which is the most current version of the OS available for this "older" device (according to Palm's website).

The PDA seems to work and sync up with the PC just fine. I think it's a software issue. I sent Perry an email but I'm impatient when it comes to new toys, and I thought I'd see if anyone here might have experienced a similar problem.

I had the same problem with my Palm as well. Tungsten T. After a few days trying to get it to work, I just gave up. Talk with Terry from Archers Advantage, He will help you out.
