The spring is more or less a traing aid to break any habit of punching the trigger. With the spring trigger installed, you have to keep constant, steady pressure on it until the shot goes off. That's all.So I bought this Scott wild goose release. It came with 3 types of triggers, a thin diameter, a pretty big diameter and then a longer spring. My question is, is the idea of the spring an attempt to get rid of trigger mashing so that it's a more forgiving follow throughout with trigger pull?
