Some of you young smart guys answer this for me. I'm ordering the Hoyt double xl. The weight is listed at 4.7 pounds. The guy at the bow shop says the bow weighs 4 pounds 7 ounces... I say it weighs 4 pounds 11 oz.
What is right?

0.7 x 16 is 11.2oz.
Ask the guy at the bow shop what the listing would say if the bow was 4lbs 14oz??? If he says 4.14lbs just walk out. Haha

My Bowtech Commander is "listed" at 4.5 and I personally never thought anything of it. That extra 3.2 oz isn't going to deter me from checking out the D XL.

You had to ask? 4 lbs 4 ounces is that. 4.7 pounds is 4 lbs. 11.2 ounces.
