Howdy-
I've got a friend who's son uses ICS bowhunter 500's and needs to do a science project on arrow penetration.

He's testing penetration differences based on arrow weight, and needs the arrow from tip to tail to stay the same length.

The plan is to use a 75 grain tip on 3 different arrows and use insert weights to change arrow weight without changing overall length.

What would be best is an insert weight of 20 to 25 grains and another that totals around 50 grains.

Has anyone found a good system for CB inserts?

I found these on 3 Rivers-

and

that need this adapter-

Anyone have a good recommendation?

Thanks!
