You'll have to try different positions until you're comfortable. I've never shot with my finger hooked around the trigger, so you'll get lots of opinions, as with any question posed.

I actually anchor to the proximal phalangeal joint, then extend my finger and touch the post just in front of the distal joint. I guess that's more a reflection of my traditional archery roots where I anchored with my finger tip to the corner of my mouth. Then again, I'm certainly no guru.
