I have a new set of strings and cables ordered. If I set my 2nd and 3rd axis on my sight with my current set of string and cables, will I have to re-adjust them after I get my new set put on? Thanks!

No setting the 2nd & 3rd axis on the sight is only about leveling the sight to the bow...Changing the strings wont have any effect on how level the bow is in relation to the sight. You might have to resight the bow as far as moving the pins a little but if wont effect the axis settings.
