I'm interested in making wooden arrows. I'm wondering if anyone here would know of any books, etc on how to make and maintain wooden arrows. It seems pretty straight forward but the rule of thumb what looks easy usually isn't.

Any help would be greatly excepted

When you say "make them", are you meaning cutting down a tree and going from there? Or buying shafts and cutting, tapering and fletching?

not cutting down a tree, but using shafting, cuting, tapering, dipping, so on so fourth
