well, i got out yesterday for a couple of hours. man, it felt great....too bad it was windy. 12-15mph wind with 20 mph gusts. deer stayed bedded up.

but it felt great to get in my climber. acorns were flying and the squirrels were out. i about busted one but i decided not to. i threw some apples out around my climber and a squirrel was having a ball playing with them. i pulled back on the squirrel and decided to just scare him. i busted one of the apples beside him from about 12 yds. good confidence builder.

Sunday will be better.....2mph wind

I can't wait to get out, I missed the early season start here with the H1N1 virus, that's no fun but it's over now so I'll get there before Jan.
