I bought some gold tips with plastic half moon and brass and i epoxied in the inserts and they stayed in my target when i removed my arrows and all i can find anywhere around are aluminum inserts,should i use them or wait again for brass.epoxy does not stick to carbon i take it

Carbon shafts sometimes have carbon dust in them from being cut to size. That dust can prevent inserts from staying put. Needs to be cleaned out with alcohol for best results. Have had good luck using Goat Tuf and Loc Tite Gel; hear the Gorilla Glue works well too.
