there's a ROBIN HOOD in my garage. Two GT 55/75s,,the one in front is 'toast' of course. NEAT,,but,,,HEY~! there's a GOOD ARROW in the back end of shot arrow!.
Do I just leave it resting on the buck mount rack in the shop?....or pull that $$$ out of the back end and shoot it?
Only RH in my life,,,I'm 55.
Ok,,leave it, right?

If the shot that made that RobinHood was the result of deliberately concentrated intention to do that, then by all means keep the trophy. But if the RobinHood was purely accidental, what would the point of keeping it be?

To show that unfortunate accidents do happen? :)

You guys are so cheap.....arrows don't cost that dag on much. If you want to keep it....keep it....if not pull the good arrow and trash the smashed one. I keep the real neat ones and seperate the rest.

All Robin Hoods that I have ever gotten have been on purpose. Everytime I shoot at one spot I try to tube an arrow already down there. If I am shooting 3D and your arrow is in the 12, 11 or in the center of the 10 yours might get tubbed. Cuz I am damn sure gonna try to do it. You will never hear me say sorry either. Some people get them on accident....mine are on purpose. Do I get them all the time no. Do I destroy arrows alot no. But I go through nocks and pins like gum. If you are worried about breaking an arrow or a nock........you might be in the wrong hobby.

When you shoot your next one, pull the good arrow from your first and use it again. Until then, leave it. Whether you did it on purpose or not, it's still a trophy.
