I know............that's a loaded question.
This will mark my 30th opening day of bow season here in Ohio.
Seems like the past 15 years or so....when ever I manage to kill that opening day doe, as I roll her over....start cutting the hide....and slice into the intestinal cavity...that wafting smell makes my mouth water.
All I can think about is those backstraps wrapped in bacon sizzling on the grill.:tongue: :tongue: :tongue:
followed by a couple of :darkbeer: :darkbeer:
