Folks,

I just wanted to pass along to all of you that I just had a great customer service scenario with Ameristep blinds. Last year I bought one of their Intimidator blinds at a dealer who was going out of business. I had only used the blind a few times last year as it was the end of the season, but first set it up this weekend during the mid-day. I came back the next morning and noticed that one of the sides was collapsed in. Looked inside and one of the poles had snapped near the hub. Well I called them today, told them the story and they are sending me a new pole at no-charge!

I also asked about getting some replacement poles for an older style blind I have of theirs and they can get me these for only $16 for the complete set.

Just thought I would spread some good news about a company with great service!

Thats good to hear. I have a Brickhouse blind with a snapped hub I need to call about. I have only used it a few times so hopefully they can help me out.
