Called Elite yesterday for some cams, a shim and limb bolt washer. I had to leave a message but they called back promptly, threw in the washer and shim for free. Friendly down to earth people, great service and awesome bows. Thanks Again, just when I thought customer service was a thing of the past. Keep it up guys!
