What about Missouri. I thought I read somewhere where certain counties of Missouri have antler restriction. These are the states that I am pretty sure have some sort of antler restiction: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Mississippi, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Utah, and Texas. If there are others please let me know.

Georgia = sort of.
State wide 2 buck limit. One buck must be 4 points on one side, other buck can be any antlered buck. Some counties/WMAs are designated QDM (IMHO a complete misnomer) and require a certain number of points for one side or a certain outside spread, depends on county or WMA. One WMA requires a minimum 15 inch outside spread or a minimum 16 inch main beam but no point requirements. On some WMA, State Park, and NWR hunts additional "tags" are provided so the bucks killed do not count against the State 2 buck limit. These hunts may or may not have antler restrictions so it would be possible for a hunter to kill several "small" antlered bucks. So georgia sort of has antler restrictions.

Starting this season, Texas will have roughly 60 counties with antler restrictions. The area covers counties east of the Hill Country to the Piney Woods area up to the N.E. section of the state I believe. According to articles about the subject, hunters from the original six participating counties are raving about how much bigger the bucks are that they are seeing. Their program is 3 to 4 years old. I guess thats why the areas of restrictions has spread.

KY as a state does not have any restrictions,just a 1 buck limit. But,I hunt on a military training base that consists of 11,000 acres and the restrictions are 15" outside and all hunters must harvest a doe before a buck can be taken. I was never a firm believer in QDM,I knew it would work,but I thought everything had to be "perfect" for many years to reap the rewards. Boy,was I wrong. In just a few short years,the average buck harvests and sightings have increased every year(inches),and the bucks are putting down more sign than ever and I truly believe this is a direct result of the population of does starting to get closer to the population of bucks-that 1:1 ratio that seems impossible to achieve. QDM works,I've seen it first hand from a tree the last several years.

Part of Texas does.

Yes, and expanding into more counties this fall.....

In Comanche County (where I lease 450 acres), it will be a 2-buck/2-doe county starting this fall.....one buck must be at least 13" inside-spread....the other buck must have at least one spike..."unbranched antler" the regs call it....

I'll vouch for Alaska restrictions on moose. It varies with the area, but mostly it is a 50" outside spread or three or more brow tines on at least one side.

West Virginia is setting aside a few thousand acres of public land that will have an antler restriction for bow, gun and smoke pole this year. Outside spread must be at least 14"
