Any Hogg-It shooters out there with the longer extension?


How do you like it?


Did it help with your groups?

Did you have to go with a much smaller peep to center the guard?


Just curious here.


I've got one of these sights and want to play around with it. Gonna put the aftermarket light housing on and extend the fibers with the Fitz fiber LD's. I may use the sunshade as well...not really sure at this point.

I use the longer sight bar on both my hunting bow and my hunting class bow. I think they work great. I didn't shrink the peep on either cause centered is still centered no matter how much extra there is. I just don't want to lose light through a peep with a smaller hole.

The Hog-it sight is one of the best sights out there. The longer extension bar in great. It helped with my groups tremendously, and I didn't have to get a smaller peep.

I use the long bar. No I haven't had to use a smaller peep. It hasn't really helped my groups as far as I can tell. But it hasn't hurt them either. It will allow you to have a little mre room in between your pins though. So I guess it could help your groups at 30 & 40.

What size is your housing? I have another 2" light housing. I was gonna send it back to Fitz (I ordered the wrong size), but I will sell it if someone wants it.
