I have been looking up about deer warts or tumers but this doesnt look like those. Not sure what it could be and this is the only pic of the belly region I have of him.

Most likely a LIPOMA Yup thats a tumor of adipose (fatty) tissue usually movable and not serious, My Dauchshund has 1 boob just like it
(only smaller)...lol
