I am possibly moving to the mass area and looking for information on deer hunting there. I know the places that I will be working may or maynot be able to hunt in however wanted to see if I can get some information from anyone that is hunting there.

If anyone would be willing to talk with me and letting me pick your brain I would be honored. I want to find a place to live but be close in order to hunt. I am a very dedicated hunter and being that it is hunting season and this new position and move is killing me with now being able to hunt.

If anyone can lead me I already have done some research but it has not helped much.

Thanks again

Please PM the location of the "large ones" you referred to, just so I can confirm. Thanks!

I've heard CT and RI are infested with deer - although the deer tend to be smaller on average. I've got invites to bowhunt both, but can't take off work right now. New England is great for deer hunters because you can hunt so many states without driving very far. From Mass, you can drive North to NH or Maine or south to CT, RI, NJ, NY, ....

From Southern Califorinia, I can drive north to central California, way north to Northern California, east to Califorinia (or AZ), or South to Mexico where tourists are getting kidnapped and robbed.

I'd rather hunt out west right now. AZ, CO, OR, WA, MT, NM, TX, etc. all have awesome big game hunting too. And most are a short flight away.
