I wanted to put Master cams on a 2002 Ultra Tec. But the bow has 50 lbs limbs and the Excel cam on it. Hoyt said I could gain 25 lbs but that seems a little high to me. Anyone with any experiance in this your help would be great.

You will gain poundage. How much I don't know. Single cam bows use heavier rated limbs to reach the same poundage as a dual cam bow.

I just talked to Lancaster and they said I shouldn't gain more than 10-15 lbs. Can anyone help. I would like to find out what to about how much I am going to get.

Brown,

The easiest way to figure this out is to call Hoyt, and ask them for the limb deflection numbers with both configurations, at say 60lbs. You'll be able to figure the poundage gain very easily then.
