I have dealt with Southwest A before and been happy with their products I have not order bows but both companies look good to me and bows decent....

 

Its more than likely because they don't have a big following yet.
Happens when newer manufacturers come out with stuff,and when they get a big enough base ,they get their own section.
Both companies you mentioned are very reputable, stand up organizations.
I'd have zero problem doing business with them.

 

Recently purchased 2 SAS 64" Ghost Longbows. 1 for the Wife, and 1 for the Son in law.
Great products and no issues at all.

 

For simple accessories cases, etc...they are fine. As you get up into bows, sights, and other more technical accessories I would be careful. Great reasonably priced basic gear for entry level.

 

Southwest is ok...southland questionable

 

Southland doesn't actually manufacture any bows.
They have their name put on products and resell them.
Alot of their bows are the samick line,and if you look at man kung archery,that's who makes their compounds.
Man Kung also makes crossbows for killer instinct,centerpoint,carbon express,pse and others.

 

You could always petition the admins to add sub forums for those companies. They do add manufacturers from time to time. It even looks like there is a couple new additions by looking at their low thread counts.

I bought a bow from Southwest Archery, so I was curious about their quality. Anyhow, it looks well built and the bow quality should exceed my shooting skill for a while.
