Hello string makers,
I just recently learned how to tie strings and purchased a used Apple string jig. My question is, there seems to be 3 diameters on the post, what is the purpose? Which diameter should I be using to set up the strings?
Also, no matter how much I pay attention to making sure I have even tension on the string when I am wraping it around the post somewhere along the way I seem to have one strand be loose. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
