We make this offer to all of those on Hoods list in the beginning of this challenge. I'm at 6 months smoke free and just want to wish everyone who tries the best.I found one thing that really helps is extra strength Halls cough drops.One, they help with the cough you'll probably have and two, the feeling of the vapor in your throat is a nice replacement.Good luck everyone.
