I have only used Bemans, from the Bowhunters-Hunters-to the Hunter Elites.

For those who have changed from regular carbons to thinner shaft like MFX's or have used FMJ's or any of the other offerings is there any real gain in penetration performance.

Are my current arrows doing exactly what the more costly, thinner supposedly higher penetrating arrows do. Is it marketing hype or simply a real fact that they perform better.

From my recent trip to Texas hunting hogs one thing I have learned is how tough they are and anything you can stack in you favour is a real bonus.
