I know this is open to personal interpations, but I was wondering if there is an accepted grouping standard for arrows. By this i mean at 30 yards the groups should be within what distance, 40 yards, 50 yards, 60 yards. I am always striving for perfection with my groups but don't know if i'm beating myself up over tighter groups. I shot a Bow Tech exteme set up for huning. Any imput?

I believe most folks go by:

2" at 20 yards
3" at 30 yards
4" at 40 yards
5" at 50 yards.
Ect.

I personally try to do better than this, but of course who doesn't. Good luck!

dont worry about the other guy. dont worry about others standard. lay out personal goals and get er done! i dont like group shooting merely because i dont have the time to refletch arrows nor do i have the money to constantly buy new arrows.

Be able to place a arrow consistently in size the vitals for the animal your hunting at a distance you determine.
