arrow help

I am looking for a good but not too expensive (i would prefer down right cheap) arrow. I am looking for a carbon that is regular diameter at about 7 grains per inch. I am using it for target shooting.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Eaton Lightspeeds or Flatlines, neither are to bad on the pocket book!
