I am more than a little curious about the results of this concept and how it works for you in the woods?

1. I have read that some of you have used "Clear/ Natural" shoe polish on your arrows to quiet them as well as aid in the removal of them from the 3-D target.

2. I have read that some of you also use "Armor All & silicone Oil".

The target removal concept I have no problem with.
Now that you have imbedded these Pungent Petroleum Products into your hunting shafts, How do you get rid of the Smell if you consider yourself to be "Scent Free"

I use the shoe polish in clear on my shafts. I do not seem to have any problem with deer. Seems like there is zip as far as smell after you clean it off the shaft. I also use a abar of ivory soap when on the 3D range to rub the point and about a inch up on he shaft for easy removal. There does not seem to be any smell etc as ivory does not have added scent like most of the others.
