Samick Sage 45# at 28". I'm shooting at 30".
I don't know where to start with arrows. I'd like to work with aluminum for durability's sake. Should I get a test kit and will it actually help me? It's extra money I don't want to spend, but I don't really know. Should I get just shafts and have them fletched? Get them Pre-fletched? I already have 125 grain field tips. Can I use those and get desirable results? The Spine calculator left me slightly confused with it's terminology and how it relates to the arrow flight.
Some specific suggestions (weights, lengths, nocks, tips, etc.) would help me a lot, even if it's just a place to start, and I can then go from there.
I'll work on / learn tuning once I get the arrows. I learn very quickly once I get to feel what I'm doing but I just need a place to start and am a VERY hands-on learner.
Thanks for your time. This forum has made me more comfortable and enthusiastic about archery!
