Get the 340's. At a 29" draw length, about the shortest arrow you can run is a 27". That arrow, in the 400, might be OK for a 75 grain point in your bow; but is probably going to be underspined with a 125 grain head.

IMHO you are right on the border. if you go with the 400's and they are a little week you could just back the limbs off a little and that should put you in the right spine range. I did shoot 340's cut to 28.5" at a 29" draw and they shot preaty good threw a drenalin but did have a little issues with getting broadheads to fly true. i now shoot 400's cut to 28.25 at 62lbs threw a GTO and they fly great. i am more accurate and concistant by droping wieght. hope this helps.

340 would be the right choice.
