There were a ton of the Razors Edge bows that went out the door at the shop last year, it's a great bow at a great price. Now for 2010 they've raised the bar even higher in this bow catagory and introduced the Bowtech Soldier. They added Binary cams, and a string suppressor. Picked one up in the Black Ops finish for my son for Christmas, and already several more have been sold at the shop! This bow is going to be an absolute home run for Bowtech and the shops that sell it.
Very true. Local shop here can't keep enough in stock either. IMO, the Diamond line of bows are exremely hard to beat for the price of them. My wife was going to get the Razor Edge, but now that she has shot the Soilder, that looks to be the one she is getting.
Yep my son has one and I am sure when he grows into a standard bow it will go to the wife to see if she likes shooting. Far from the best bow ever but its got that great adjustablity and available at pro shops and box stores.
My daughter was looking at the Soldier as well. I have never shot Bowtech or Diamond but the bows are quality and she will probably end up with the soldier when all said and done.
Just ordered one for my wife They are great because they can grow with a child and serve as a youth bow, yet it also has enough flexibility to be a deer killer when they get bigger.
My wife has got the Razor Edge and she likes it very much. I just bought my son the Reflex Prohawk, he is 7. When he grow up a bit the Edge will ten to one go to him. I shot this Edge at our local bowsholp at 60# and let me tell you, I was really impressed. For the price you get really good quality.
I paid $399 for my sons bow...plus the extra $25 for black ops finish.
