I can't find anything on Bill Stewart, maybe he was just an owner who wrote his name on his bow.
I would consider donating them to an archery club with a youth program.

Bill's stick bows and recurves were sold worldwide and he also made bows for Bear,Savora Damon Howitt(Martin Archery).

Yes, I just read his life story in a post here in the traditional forum. I learned something today, thank you.
