Axcel Sight Tapes

Does axcel, or anyone else have sight tapes readily available for purchase? I put a slider on my wife's avail, but the tapes that came with it are just a little shy of what she needs. The 40 tape is pretty close, but I'd say she needs a 42/43 if they make them. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it!

Sorry i didn't know they just go to #40 I ain't never paid it that much attention. If them #40 will help y'all out I'll still send them
