How sensitive do you have the cam set on your release? I was watching a guy shoot this weekened, and his seem to be set pretty light. He wasnt losing arrows, but when I tried it, I sure was. Is there a general rule of thumb as to how the cam should be set?

I have the Carter Backstrap and I try to have it go off about 2 pounds over my holding weight. I have to "pull" pretty hard to get it to go off, but I prefer that because I don't want it to go off on me as soon as I release the safety.
