I worked very hard trying to shoot my trigger release with back tension and just couldn't successfully do it 100% of the time. I bought a sweetspot 2 3 finger and started using it. I finally after a few weeks started feeling that I was shooting back tension correctly. Now I can go to my trigger release and shoot it very well with back tension. You have to train your mind and muscle and a sweetspot or something like it will help you get there. I shoot the sweetspot 2 all the time now but will be switching soon to the trigger for hunting.
